The 4 gates
Screening runs in two tiers — a registry-level background check first, then a deep on-site investigation. A supplier stays in the network only as long as it keeps passing: real orders get scored, and factories that slip — late, sloppy, evasive, dishonest — land on our blacklist permanently.
Business registration, years in operation, administrative penalties, court-defaulter (dishonest debtor) status, ownership structure and any history of foreign-trade disputes. We confirm the entity you'd pay matches the entity that actually operates the factory.
We physically visit: production lines, machinery age, workforce, certifications on the wall, capacity vs. what they claim. Photographed, documented, scored.
Trial production proves they can hit your spec — materials, tolerances, finish — not just talk about it in a sales meeting.
Customs data confirms they genuinely ship to your market at your volumes — the fastest way to spot a broker pretending to be a manufacturer.
